At Pilates Body Studio we are passionate about Pilates and the benefits it can bring to your life, including better posture, strength, flexibility and tone. We pride ourselves on our personable approach to teaching, and Genine Patrick, owner of Pilates Body Studio, really has added her own personality to the business. Genine’s successful teaching career means she can maintain a gold standard of instruction and delivery which runs throughout her team.
Classes are kept small so we get to know you and work to your individual needs. We believe that correction is the key to effective results and that Pilates will make a positive addition to your life.
We have over 50 classes every week, ranging from regular matwork and equipment sessions to some of our fun ‘signature’ classes (click opposite for more info on each) from beginner to advanced, seven days a week making it easy to find a time and day to fit around your lifestyle.
