Ballet Conditioning is a discipline for people to follow in order to gain the much sought after 'Dancers Physique'.
Combining exercises with pliés, tendus and grand battement to name but a few, a Ballet Conditioning class will develop your body with long lean lines. It will give you a unique mixture between strength, flexibility and fitness which is difficult to achieve with any other exercise class; where you would usually develop one or the other.
The classes are fast flowing to music. There are always levels from beginners to intermediate or even advanced. The exercise to music aspect takes your mind from the intensity of the workout, when concentrating on routines and class structure, there is no time to worry about 'the burn', making Ballet Conditioning fun and definitely beneficial!
