This CD will take you through the basic principles of Pilates - alignment, breathing and centering.
There are 3 workouts on the CD. Workouts 2 and 3 are intermediate and we recommend you move onto these once you have practiced workout 1 for beginners, or you have been attending a regular Pilates class.
The file download is a Zip archive containing MP3 files which you can transfer to a suitable player or use to burn a CD.
