After your Taster Class or Health Assessment you may wish to continue with regular 1:1 Sessions which, due to their focused approach will provide quicker results.
We recommend that you take your 1:1 Sessions on a regular basis. Sessions give you the opportunity to focus in detail on areas that may need a little more attention.
