”I enjoy the small classes which enables the instructor to view what everyone is doing and correct anything being done incorrectly. The atmosphere is very friendly and easy going with a good flexibility to change classes if the need arises.
There is never any pressure to progress each exercise beyond what you feel you are capable of doing in that particular lesson. We are asked each week how we are and if anything is causing us problems and if so the exercises can be modifies to allow for this.”
