Pilates classes using the Swiss Ball.

By challenging balance we have a great opportunity to test our core strength. Experience Pilates exercises with the added dimension of balance. You will develop true core strength by removing the one thing our bodies take for granted - STABILITY.

In this class your body will be encouraged to stabilize as you learn and adjust to a new set of physical rules; based on balance, strength, leverage and most of all FUN!
